We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture. Each plant is hand-inspected and stabilized to prevent shifting, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep healthy and vibrant.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Green Thumb' guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every order includes a detailed digital care guide tailored to your specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and soil preferences to help your indoor garden thrive.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once our nursery team has begun the packing process, we are unable to make changes to ensure the plants are not held in transit longer than necessary.
